Young women are being murdered in the swamplands so a psychis researcher and his small group of assistants go there to investigate what's going on.

This is a strange little movie that doesn't get talked about much and I think thats a shame. Sure, it's hardly the best thing you're ever going to see, but there's something about it that I find quite entertaining. The acting is fine as is the production considering this was obviously made on a very low budget. There's some good atmosphere throughout and a couple of okay effects, but it's light on gore. The score is also pretty good and there's a little twist at the end which I will admit I didn't see coming.

If you're in to occult movies then this is worth tracking down. For a long time it was pretty obscure, but it did get a VHS release here in the UK on the Derann label, it was one of their early releases and is very hard to find now and has become a collectable title for the pre-cert collectors. I'm sure there's plenty of people out there that will find this one dumb or boring, but I've seen a lot worse and still enjoy revisiting it now and again and I'd say give it a watch.
