American Guinea Pig: Sacrifice (2017)

Daniel is a young man haunted by the death of his father and suffers from various other psychological traumas. He goes on a self-enlightenment journey and hopes to bring forth the goddess Ishtar to help him. The only way he believes he can achieve this is through self mutilation so he locks himself in his bathroom with some crude tools to start his journey.

As of creating this page this is the final movie in the American Guinea Pig series. It's not the best but it does look good and the gore is pretty extreme. If you're not a fan of seeing someone self harm in graphic ways then definitely give this a wide birth. There's lots of full frontal male and female nudity, cutting, head drilling, vomiting, penis torture and castration, all filmed in close up detail. The effects range from decent to great but overall there's little else to it but an excuse to show off some gore effects. If you have a strong stomach then its worth at least one viewing. Sensitive souls should steer well clear of this one though.
